HOW TO USE
On wet/damp hair, part your hair in sections. Apply AK100 and begin to detangle. When your entire head is detangled, leave treatment in for 20-30 minutes before rinsing. MUST BE REFRIGERATED AFTER USE.

Orders are shipped out every Friday. Any orders made on a Friday past 12pm aren't shipped until the following Friday. Please remember that these products are all handmade and an influx in sales can push back your product(s) arrival time. We dispatch all orders through USPS. Packages that are sent back to us due to insufficient address will need to be reprocessed with the proper information. Customers who fail to provide their full correct address will be charged a $7 reprocessing fee to get their product re-shipped. This is done because the company must repurchase your shipping label with the proper information in order to resend. So we don't have to undergo this tedious task on both ends, we encourage all of our customers to check their address information before checking out. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO ORDERS THAT NEED TO BE REPROCESSED
