Pick-Up Policy

Before Selecting "Pick Up":

• Check your availability on Friday. We are currently only open for pick up on Fridays

After Selecting " Pick Up":

• Make sure the name of the person picking up the order is the name for the order. We will be asking for state ID to verify the identity of the person who ordered. If the name and the ID do not match we will not give the order. To change a name on an order just email the updated information to getsomesmoothez@gmail.com

• Wait for a confirmation email/text that will have the date and time period your order will be ready for pick-up. If you do not receive that email or text, please do not arrive.

While Picking Up:

• Please follow social distancing protocols and wear a mask upon arrival. We advise all Smooth-EZ customers to stand 6 feet away from our staff and each other.

• Please have your ID and order confirmation ready to show.
